How to disable Outlook2003's Junk E-mail filter programmatically

I've found that it can be done by modifying
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Windows Messaging
Subsystem\Profiles\<Profile
name>\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\0003041b
and setting FF FF FF FF as a value. Do you know some other ways (maybe
through Outlook 2003 Object model)?
