We just got English Office 2003 on English Xp.
Could anyone tell me how to display message subject and folder names in
Japanese? All new mails with Japanese subject are displayed fine, but the
existing old mails' Japanese subject and folders are all show with '?????'.
We have changed all options in 'Regional and Language Options' to Japanese
in Windows xp, Office Language Settings default to Japanese, and Japanese to
be default encoding in Option of Outlook 2003.
Your help greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Marshine.
The new mails (arrived after setting Japanese for non-unicode program and we
did this in the first place) are displaying fine.
Still the 'Inbox' still showing with '?????'. Are there solution for this?
