How to Display link when user point mouse on link

I can create general webpages ...i donthave knowledge of script languages
....
I want to know how to Display additional Links when we place the mouse on
link

ie ::::::: Home->xyc
->abc
->cvb

when we place cursor on home the drop down list appear ...

How to get this ??
