Tools|customize|Options tab|check "show screentips on toolbars"

In my installation of 2002 that only shows a descriptive name of the item.
Nowhere can I find a way to show the shortcut keystrokes for that item.
Like CTRL + B for Bold

If you turn on the 'Show shortcut keys in ScreenTips' feature in Word
(Tools>Customize, Options tab), it will affect other Office applications
that share the feature, e.g. PowerPoint. Excel doesn't have the feature,
so only the the Help button (AFAIK) is affected.
