How to display the fields (not the codes) in a Word 2011 (Mac) file?

How to display the fields (not the codes) in a Word document intended to be used as a form?

I have a Word document with fields. But I cannot see them...

If I export them to Acrobat and processes it as a Form, Acrobat will show in a color the fields.

But in Word cannot see the fields just to check before sending to Acrobat.

The "Field Shading" menu in Word Preferences doesn't work for you?
