How to display the traffic-light like indicators for projects in PWA?

Hi,

I have multiple projects published in Project Server. I would like to
display an traffic-light like indicators (Red, green, yellow) for each
projects based on the threshold value.

How to incorporate this functionality in PWA?. Also would like to know how
and what to do for this?
