How to do a HTML Signature with Outlook 2007?

I don't see an "Advanced Edit" option. How do I add HTML to a signature?

Create it in the Edit signature field or do it in an HTML editor and drop it
in the signature folder, then select it from the dropdown menu.

so you are typing in the raw HTML code (<strong> My name</strong> etc) ? Is
there a reason why you can't use the Editing features provided in Edit
signature?

Any HTML editor will do - I would not use word, but there are a number of
free editors available.

I'm pasting the HTML code (like you stated below) into the "Edit Signature"
box. When I go to use the signature in a message, all you see is the code.
What am I doing wrong?
