How to down-size photo's to send in e-mails

How do i down-size photo's to be able to send them in an e-mail,these are
digital
photo's we took not downloads

Hello,

In the Picture Control you can set the default size you want instead of auto
Double click on the picture to open the properties
In the Size Tab set the height and width of the picture
