How to download information from a CD into the Hard Drive

Can I download artclips from a Microsoft system 2003 into a CD ,to apply and
use in a slow Microsoftosoft Windows 98?

Not easily. It would be a *huge* PITA. If you think accessing those clips
online with a slow computer (OS doesn't matter), you ain't seen nuthin' yet.
It'll take you forever to finagle the clip art to get them all on a disk.

You can, but the clips will lose all their key words and categories. The
Organizer and the Gallery are not compatible. You will have to manually type
keywords.
