How to download Office 2003 SP2 in less than 2hrs?

My ISP disconnects me after 2 hrs online (this is deliberate). When I try to
download SP2 for Office 2003 it is only halfway finished by then. If I try
again, it just starts from the beginning. Is there any way I can download it
in smaller chunks?
