How to download Office XP on my new laptop?

I have Office XP version 2002 on my PC. I purchased a laptop and tried to
download the Installation CD. I have the original product key, but I ma
denied from installing this a second time. How can I use my software on a
second machine?

You don't "download" from a CD, you "install".
have a look at the Eula on your PC. It may specifically prohibit you from
installing on a laptop as well.

This is not a pirated copy of Office 2002. I did use the wrong terminology,
I meant to say install not down load.
