How to download the file contents

Dear Subscribers,
How can I download the contents of the e-mail when I am
chosing to workofline option. I mean I want to download
the e-mails and its contents when I press send/Receive
button only. from hotmail

and How can I make the outlook delete my e-mails on the e-
mail website account after downloaded them on my machine.
what are the options.
