from a brief view, it's merely text boxes and connector lines on a blank
page.

I could not find the diagram that uses or uses the same boxes as the
ones in the attachment file. Any other suggestions or guidance ?

Thanks for the reply.

draw a rectangle, put text in it, draw a second rectangle, put different
text in it, use the connector tool to draw an arrow between them...

Thanks again Al. I am still having issues finding the line that allows
the text to be placed inside the line and right in the middle of the
line. Can you tell me how this can be done ? I have tried searching
for "lines" and "line connectors" within Visio 2003 but still cannot
find it.

Thanks again

There is no special shape for that, but have a look at
http://www.sdl.sandrila.co.uk/
and download the zip file, in there you will find a file "Z120
msc.vss", open this stencil in Visio and you will find a shape called
"Message". Right-click on the shape to make the text the same angle
ast the line and drag the diamond to place the text within the line.
Look at the shape's shapesheet to see how this is done, in particular
the TextTransform section and the Scratch cells.

Thanks Paul. I found the line that I was looking for. Appreciate the
reply.
