How to duplicate small "flyer" on same page

We are creating/printing a small flyer 5" x 2½' for a non-profit
organization, and would like to find out how to put several of them on the
same page before cutting them out.

Create a table. The table would be 3 cells wide (2.5) by 2 cells high (5"). You
may have to do a page setup, setting the margins .03...

OK, thanks, I'll play around with that. Now another question (we have to
make this same flyer's basic info into different sizes depending on where
the flyers are being posted). Our regular flyer is 8½ x 11 (of course we
don't list all the info on the mini-flyers), but how can I make that 8½ x 11
flyer (with all its info) into a half-page flyer, i.e. landscape 5.5 x 8.5
without having to re-type the whole thing? I just want to copy and paste
(and of course make all the fonts smaller).

TIA, your help is greatly appreciated!

Making the fonts smaller and making it print in landscape mode would be the
first, easy possiblity. The problem is if the fonts are smaller your going
to have people have more trouble reading it.

I would consider a specific version for each size of page using "normal,
full sized fonts" and offering less information as the amount of space gets
smaller. If your non-profit has a website, I would always use the "for more
information go to: www.blahblah.org or call (913) 555-xxxx" routine.

Hope this helps,

Thanks, Tom. I'm used to working in WordPerfect, but often have to
"convert" things into Word for others to use. That's the situation here.
I did manage (after I wrote) to make the flyer into a half-page (actually
two half-size flyers on one page and then cut apart, which is very easy to
do in WPerfect - choosing Landscape and divide page in half). Yes, the font
is smaller, but still OK to read because it would be a "hand held", whereas
the 8½ x 11 would be posted on a wall. BTW, we don't have a website.
:-( But now my problem is how to get the same effect in Word. Two
half-size flyers on one page. The way it's laid out is the top half
(approx.) has info across the page (speaker info & date), whereas the bottom
half has two "columns" of info (location, times, etc.) which I accomplished
using text boxes. This will be a monthly announcement, with the top half
changing each time. Any suggestions welcome.

I think what you are looking for is the Zoom option in the Print dialog box.
Create your flyers as a single page, and for your small flyers, in the Print
dialog box in Pages per Sheet, select "4 pages" and then in the Page Range,
the Pages text box, type: 1,1,1,1. And for your two half-page flyers, use "2
pages" and in the Pages text box type: 1,1.

Thank, Beth. I was able to follow your directions OK. However the
repeated flyers came our smaller than the original single one.
