How to eliminate capitialization of 1st word of 2nd text line?

When typing an Outlook e-mail message and not going the full length of the
line as
defined by the program, when I drop to another line the first letter of the
first word of that line is always capitilized and I then have to go back and
lower case that word. How do I eliminate this from happening?

Use word wrapping and do not use a hard return at the end of the previous
line.
