How to email a PP file that's large in MB?

I am trying to attach a PP file to an email and it says it's too large? Is
this a microsoft question or a ISP question?

Hi Regina,
How big is the file? First, try turning off fast saves. (Click Tools >
Options > Save. Uncheck Allow Fast Saves). Now, save it under a new file
name.
