How to emulate the internet connection??

When I try to use Research Panel to Add Service or to
shared workspace, but I have a problem in internet
conncetion. Actually my PC don't have internet connection
and using MS Loopback adapter. So.. How to emulate the
internet connection? at least for use these features...
