How to enable client to update?

I am using FrontPage 2003. My client wants to update a
newsletter in her site herself. She does not have
Frontpage - nor do I want her to have access to the whole
site. How can I accomplish this?

Create a subweb w/ unique permissions for the page, and set her up w/ FTP access (using a preformatted template page (no FP web
components)
