How to enable clip art Powerpoint2003? Mine suggests"setup"?

I attempted to load a PP file into my Powerpoint2003(Teacher/Student version)
and it refused with the message "Can't display clipart. Run setup" in short.
Well, I believe this means to run the entire Office setup to add specific
features, so I did from the CD but there was no reference to any clip art
setting. What should I do?

Put the CDs in and choose Add/Remove, then in the next screen check the
option for Advanced Custom Install. Click Office Shared Features, and when
it opens, click Clip Organizer. Set it and the collections under it to "run
all from my computer."
