How to enable Ink in Office 2003 under XP Professional SP2

Hi

I wanted to markup my Word 2003 documents with handwritten text and freeform
markings like circles, cross-outs, etc (using either my mouse or stylus pen
and mouse/pen pad). and was wondering whether it is at all possible to
activate the Ink and Drawing feature (which is already integrated into Office
2003), without having to update my OS to Windows Tablet PC Edition? is there
a way I can install this ink feature in Windows Tablet PC Edition on top of
Xp Professional to enable this without having to install the entire Tablet OS?

Thanks in advance for any help.
