How to enlighten microsoft office on a resume, no software?

C

Cyndi

I have alot of computer experience. Allis just on Microsoft software.
I have data entried timecards.
I have data entried accounts receivable, rev par reports, and income and
expence reports.

I have made forms for various businesses on Microsoft.

My question is this,
How do I show these talents on a resume? Where other employees are perhaps
using a software product.

I am very quick learner as well.
Any comment is welcomed.
Thank you Cyndi

Cyndi, I am not trying to be hard on you but when I read your post, it did
not make sense grammatically. The statements that you made, or the phrasing
of those statements, would make me not want to hire you to enter any data or
type any reports for me.

"I have alot" should have been "I have a lot," "data entried" should have
been "I have entered data for timecards" and the like. Since you are using
the web interface instead of a proper news reader, you apparently did not
have access to a spell check program which would have caught the improper
grammar of "entried" which is not a word and the misspelling of "Allis" and
"expence."

If you are experienced in Microsoft Office products, not just Microsoft
since this doesn't specify what products in which you are knowledgeable,
that information should be spelled out in the experience section of the
resume, program by program. Timecards, accounts receivable and "income and
expence(sic) reports" are not mainstream Office applications, although you
may have entered data into an Access database, Excel spreadsheet or the
like.

If you are a quick learner, as you say, you should enroll in a course to
learn proper grammar and writing skills. This would take you far in your
quest for a better job.

Never say that you are a quick learner on a resume or in an interview. That
means you don't know the subject now - and that's usually all the employer
case about.

And as LVTravel says, your grammar really needs some work.

??? Have no idea what you mean. The OP is posting from the mountain time
zone in North America or from Central or South America (if their time zone
setting is correct.) If a person has limited English capability, that
person should note it in a post such as this when asking for help in how to
write something.
