how to ensure text stays wrapped when converting to html

Hi

I am trying to convert a word document to HTML, however when I do this only
the back ground will convert and the text has dissapeared. Basically its a
form with loads of boxes and the text in these boxes just dissapears after
the conversion through microsoft frontpage. How can I make sure box the
background and text stick together
