How to ensure user to enter only 8 hrs in timesheet

Hi,
Kindly provide the steps for configuration or any workaround for the below
issue:
"While filling timesheet it has to be ensured that all 8 hrs are filled each
day"

Check the Timesheet settings in Server Settings. Note that this applies
to the Timesheet only, and I am assuming you're familiar with the entire
My Tasks/Timesheet structure.
