how to enter 01 in a cell

I need to input 01 int cells, but cannot find anything in Formatt Cells to
achieve this any hints?

Use a custom format.

Text, or format as 00

A custom format of 00 wil make 1 display as 01.

Just type an apostrophe first, i.e. '01
