How do you enter a contact such as:
Jack J. Jones, Ph.D., P.E.
into Outlook and keep it properly formatted so that the name information
properly has "Jack" as the first name, "J." as the middle name, and "Jones"
as the last name. When I enter this into the edit field I get something like:
Jack J Jones Ph. D. P. E.
returned. This is not the same nor is it acceptable. If I correct it in
the edit field, I find the information in the first, middle, and last names
incorrect.
