How to exclude sender in the reply to all?

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003. Is it possible that excludes sender when use Reply to
All? For example, by default, when I click reply to all, the sender's email
address is in the To line, what I want is to exclude the sender in the To
list. Can it be done?

Thanks for any help!

Hello Lisa.
You can do this by removing the name manually from the to list and let every
other thing to be same in that case you will be able to send the email to all
the people in the cc or Bcc line.
I hope this resolves your query, if you have any other issue please let me
know.
Thanks

Hi Rahul, thank you for your reply. In Thurderbird, the sender is in the cc
list, but in Outlook, sender is in the To list. Is there anyway to have the
sender in the cc list automatically when hit reply to All? Do I have to
manually move?

Thanks again,
Lisa

If the address that received the message matches your own address, Outlook
will not include it when you reply to all.

Not sure why the OP wants to EXCLUDE the Sender from a Reply to All,
then it isn't Reply to All!!!
