How to export a web (html) page having both text and images to Exc

Hello All,

I have a web page with text and image (.gif files) both and I am trying to
export both the text and images to the Excel file. It does export both of
them but the text and images in the Excel file get dis-formatted. It does not
remain in the same layout and format as in the IE.

Can anyone please help?
