how to export internet mail account settings

greetings,

i'd like to find out how to export internet mail account settings... example:

using outlook 2003 i'm trying to 'backup' the dozens of email account
settings viewed under Tools/E-Mail Accounts...

i intend on using this backup when i reinstall my system so i don't have to
retype all of the account setting information once reinstalled.
