how to export outlook emails from clickfree to new computer

I have email messages backed up on a ClickFree external hardrive. How can I
load them into Outlook on the new computer?

Use whatever program you used to create the backup, locate and restore to your
hard drive any PST files, then add them back into Outlook with
File>Open>Outlook Data File.
