I’m working with an Office 365 Online Archive where only certain emails need to be saved as PST. I don’t want to export the entire mailbox because much of the archive is old or unrelated to the specific requirement. What I’m looking for is a practical way to select the required data based on folders or dates and create a PST backup without processing everything.
