Did you see the reply to your original posting on this question?
You'll need a 3rd party product to convert the file
or a copy of MS Word 2003 to save files to XML Format.
You can obtain a copy of Office 2003
http://microsoft.com/office/preview

Ummm, actually it's not the first response, but if
you're not posting through news://msnews.microsoft.com
you may not always see them.

Using the Office 2003 Beta copy is one choice as mentioned,
there are a number of 3rd party packages out there, not
all are inexpensive, including http://logictran.com ,
http://rustemsoft.com, http://cambridgedocs.com and
http://infinity-loop.de .

You may also want to check in the MS Office XML newsgroup
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.office.xml
for additional information and possibilities.

No, this is the first response. What 3rd party sw
available do you know? Thanks. >>
