how to extract picture from WORD with hig resolution?

Hello!

I've got a 300 dpi picture file inside .doc file and I want to have it
standalone.
How can I do that? If I simply copy&paste WORD gives me a picture with only
72 dpi resolution.

Plz, help.

Try saving the file as HTML. This creates a folder of any images, tho I
don't know what the resolution is.
