how to extract text and toc out of a word doc ussing VBA

I am using Word 2003 , what i would like to have =

suppose i have a well structured word document ( i can open it in vb6)

i would like to extract all the text with the numbering

ex. 5 AAAAAAA
5.1 BBBBBBB
5.1.1 CCCCC
5.1.2 Example
5.2 XXXXXXX
6 TEST

to store the text and numberring in to a sql server db

I also would like to read the contents of the table(s) if there are tables
between to numberings. Numbering is generated by Word using bullets and
numbering
