Hi tom,
In 2003 at least (not sure about '07) you can open a form in design view,
open the properties window and at the top is a combo box that has all the
controls on form in it. If you choose a control in the combo box, it will be
selected on the form and you can move it around, bring it forward, delete it,
etc...
