how to find back the deleted records in ACCESS2000.I want to cry

in Access2000, I deleted records which should not be
deleted, since the mdb file's size was not change, I wish
to find a way to find back the deleted data. who can tell
me if there is the way?Thanks a lot.

There's no way that I'm aware of for a "nomal" user, but Peter Miller has
