How to fix an image on left side of page

Q

Hi, we are desperately trying to fix an image which is part of a letterhead
on the left side of the page. We have tried inserting and adjusting settings
(don't move with text, etc), wrapping in text frame, setting text frame
properties, etc, etc; but all without success. Anyone have any idea how to do
this? We can't put the image in header or footer b/c it's a left sided image.
Watermark grays out the image. We can't seem to come up with a hack which
doesn't jump the image down the page as we type next to it.

Thanks!

Actually, you *should* put the image in the first-page header.
Click on View | Header and Footer, insert the image, choose the
desired text wrapping option for the image (something other than
"inline with text"), and drag the image to the desired position

Okay, that lasagna is actually from Omaha Steaks, which is
another curiosity, but whodathunk it could be found Amazon's website!

I keep telling people you can get darned near anything from Amazon. And
since you specified *good* lasagna, I figured that would narrow the choices.

Well, certainly if the MS Office newsgroup is *really* the place to find out
where the best lasagna is to be found, then no doubt amazon.com would be the
answer! But seriously, we can't thank you enough for your help! We wrestled
with this for 2 days!
