How to fix autofill on all new shapes

I have a visio drawing based on the Basic Flowchart - US measurements. Every
time I grap a shape to place on the drawing, it has a shadow and is filled
with a gradient color. It also used to have a thick border, but I fix that
by getting a clean copy of the BAS_FLOUS.VSS and replacing my copy. I see
you to use the style to effect shapes in the drawing, but not how to effect
all new shapes upon creation.

If you are using Visio 2007, then open Format / Themes, and check that None
is selected.
