how to fix background in MS WORD Page e.g(PBC)

hope u will reply me my qustion .My Question is that How
to fixed the background in a page .after tha enabling the text i can write
the text of this background text e.g (PBC)is a text and should me used as a
background form.
hope u will understand my question

Perhaps a Watermark is what you are referring to? Take a look under
Format/Background and see if this is what you are looking for.
