I have Office XP and Project 2002 loaded on my system running Windows XP.
When I load either Office XP SP3 or Project 2002 SP1, project will no longer
access any of my .mpp files. I get the error "cannot load global.mpt file".
KB was no help nor deleting the .mpt file and reloading project. Everything
is fine until I load one of those Service Packs.
