I've reformatted my hard drive and am trying to reinstall Office XP Pro With
Publisher, which I purchased retail through Dell when I bought a new Dell
computer. (I paid $300 for it, this is not a freebie that comes with a new
computer.) I get the error message:
ERROR_INSTALL_LOG_FAILURE - 1622 - Error opening installation log file.
Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable.
I am computer-literate but not a tech support person.
Step-by-step instructions, please? How to find or create this log file and
make it writable?
