How to fix receiving error in Outlook 2003 0x800CCC93?

All of the sudden now I cannot receive e-mail from one of my POP3 accounts.
Sending is fine and I can actually receive mail from the same account in
Outlook at work and on my Powerbook. The error I am receiving is the
following:

Task 'domain.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC93): ' The server
responded: + OK'

I have tried removing the account and creating over and still get the same
error.

Any help would be appreciated.
