How to fix Run Time Error 91 when closing Word

I get a box with Microsoft Visual Basic at the top. It says in the box "Run
time Error 91" Object variable or With block variable not set. This happens
everytime I close out of Word (office2003).

I have tried repairing and reloading the program. I have tried removing
normal.dot

Did you ever fix this.. i am getting the same thing??
