How to force Outlook 2007 to show new message without rules.

I cannot find option, how to set information whem new message has arrived
into my Outlook.

It is possible to set rule for it, but if you have lot of users tha is it
painfull to set all the rules for it.
Really I cannot find some inteligent way, how to do it and I am lost at the
moment.

I have about 50 folders with lot of unread emails and a cannot recognize
fast, what email I recieved in a given moment.
