How to get 2003 colors in Excel 2007

e1. Is there a way to map the Excel 2003 color pallet into 2007? If so how?
2. If it can be mapped, can it be in the old 40-color pallette?
3. If it can be mapped, can that be set as the default palette that show up
every time I open a new spreadsheet?
