How to get a toolbar back in excel??

I am using a program call Caseware. With caseware you can install an
additional toolbar for Excel and Word. The toolbar is called Caseware
Connector.

The connector just suddenly one decided not to appear in Excel anymore but
it still appears in Word. I know how to put the normal toolbars in Excel and
Word. But the connector is not on the Excel list of toolbars, but is on
Word's list of toolbars.

I have tried reinstalling the connector, but that didnt work. I have phoned
Caseware, but they couldnt help me. They think it's a permission problem,
because when I log on as someone else, the connector appears in Excel.

Please help me, its kind of urgent!

You don't mention what version of Excel you're working on, but it sounds
like Caseware may be installing an add-in, or an xla file. Can you try
using Tools | Add-Ins to see if it's on the list of add-ins and maybe isn't
checked to run?
