How to get authorization to use map from Streets Plus

I plan to use a map created from Microsoft Automap Streets Plus, 1997
Edition, for a memoir. Do I need to get authoriztion? How do I get it?

Check the EULA for your Automap Streets Plus. The current version of
Microsoft Streets and Trips allows a number of copies of maps, with some
restrictions, for personnel use. Your EULA should provide your limitations.
Likely you will the EULA in the program Help.
