How to get available projects

dear all
I install a MP srv2003 and MP pro2003 and MSSharePoint 2003 in a single WIN2003 machine
When I use MP srv2003 Web Accss, I have publish a lot of non-enterpeise projects to the server so i can see these projects

But when I use Model projects with portfolio Modeler to create a new model
Why in the Available projects list box, under "Projects: Select the projects to include in this model:", there are no project shows
tell me what kind of projects will be shown in the available project list box

If you don't have Enterprise projects on the server, none will show for the
modeler. Only Enterprise projects are eligible.
