How to get back my printer preference?

Use to be able to access the printer preference, with permission to change
the printer preferences from an administrator account. However, after a
window update to validate if the computer is using the actual copy of
Microsoft, the computer refuse to show the printer preferences for changing
or viewing. What could be the problem? What actions can I take?

Look in Programs, Settings, Printers and Faxes, OR pose your question in
the group for your operating system. This is for MS Office question and
solutions group.
