How to get color samples/swatches to predict how color will look

Obviously, the printed color will not be anything like color on my screen or
from my color laser printer.

Previously we printed using a local printer and used PMS Spot Color so we
just looked at the PMS Swatches. Our printer is telling us that they can get
fairly close to a particular PMS swatch color with CMYK (for many PMS colors).

So I'm wondering where a good place to get some sort of swatches like that is?

Heck, if we could rent it that would be nice :) We only need it for a few
weeks.
