How to get criteria in a query from a multi select list box?

I made a list box on a form and in a query i specified that list box
to be my criteria but it won't work,the query is always empty. I know
that i'm doing it all wrong so please help me. That list box is multi
select and how can i get it working so when items from that list box
are selected they appear in that query when i run it?
